Mary Janice Wadley, 88,of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, September 10,2005, at her home. Mrs. Wadley was born October 6,1916, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of County Line Baptist Church. She was preceaded in death by her husband, A.R. Wadley. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, William and June Wadley of Plano, Texas; one daughter, Alta Kay Knight of Raceland, La.; one granddaughter, Laura; four grandsons, Dane, Todd, Ness and Paige; two stepgranddaughters, Rosalyn and Shelly; and three great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday in East Memorial Gardens with Roger Copeland officiating, under direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown. Memorials may be made to Louisiana Relief Fund of the American Red Cross.
