Clarence Cullipher 68,of Texarkana, Ark died Thursday, September 16,2004, at his home. Mr. Cullipher was born April 25,1936 in Reydell, Ark. He was a farmer, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Mandeville Baptist Church and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Cullipher of Texarkana; two sons, Jimmy Cullipher and Ken Cullipher of Texarkana; one daughter, Debbie Schreiner of Pine Bluff, Ark; one brother, Charlie Cullipher of Garland City, Ark; four sisters, Mary Callahan of Pine Bluff; Louise Clements of Texarkana; Maxine Hoover of El Paso, Texas; and Irene Pedrotti of Monroe, La; 10 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at East Funeral Home, Downtown with the Revs. Allen Peebles and Johnny Jones officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Mandeville Baptist Church, 6028 Dooley Ferry Road, Texarkana, Ar.
