MOTOR MACHINIST MATE FIRST GRADE US Navy
September 23, 1932 - January 21, 1968
Robert Alvin Hays, 36, of Oakland, Calif., died Saturday night at his home in Oakland. Mr. Hays was born Sept. 23, 1932 in El Dorado and was the son of A. D. and Ruby Lynch Hays. He was a construction worker by trade and had served 12 years in the U.S. Navy. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Ruby Duval of El Dorado; and a brother, A. B. Hays of Lawson. Funeral services will be announced by Pratt Funeral Home. (El Dorado Times - January 23, 1968)
