Dorothy 'Doodle' Chittick, 85, of Rector, AR., passed away May 11, 2012, at the Methodist University in Memphis, Tennessee.

She was born July 19, 1926, to the late Elmer Clay and Francis (Meadows) Polk, in Flat River, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband: Donald Lamb, a brother: Elmer (Sock) Polk and a sister: Norma Martin.

Doodle is survived by her husband: Ernest Chittick Jr., three sons and their wives: Donald and Carolyn Lamb of Gallatin, Tennessee, Michael and Wanda Chittick of Gillette, Wyoming and Stephen and Julie Chittick of Gaines, Michigan, seven grandchildren and seven great-grand-children. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Arrangments were by: Irby Funeral Home in Rector. Funeral services were at the First Baptist Church. Interment was at the Woodland Heights Cemetery.
