Billy Dewayne Shipman, 73, of Carthage, AR., passed away Saturday at John L. McClellan Memorial VA Medical Center in Little Rock, AR.
He was retired from saw mills where he worked as a mechanic. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He enjoyed hunting and horseback riding. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father William Dewey Shipman and niece Karri Baker.
