WINSLOW — Zelpha Luper, 91, of Winslow died Oct. 14, 2009, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Jan. 13, 1918, in Bidville to William Oliver and Belle Shepherd Wood.
Survivors include a son, Royce Luper of the Sunset community; two daughters, Rhonda DeVore of Sunset and Loyce Hall of Winslow; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Winslow First Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Park Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
