HOPE, Ark.—Edna J. Sharp-Hill, 70, of Hope died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Sharp-Hill was born Sept. 25, 1943, in Hope.

Survivors include her husband, Willie C. Hill of Hope; one son, Lonnie Sharp of Hope; two brothers, William Easter of Hosston, La., and Buddy Easter of Vivian, La.; six sisters, Julia Henry of McNab, Ark., Linda Patton, Larry Sue Easter and Queen Jones of Hosston, Victoria Beavers of Plain Dealing, La., and Annie Sanders of Mira, La.; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Haynes Chapel Baptist Church, Hope. Burial will be in Giles Cemetery under direction of Hicks Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
