Mrs. Dorothy L. Whitfield, 52, Rt. 6, Fayetteville, died Nov. 9 in Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born May 7, 1925, at Beggs, Okla., she was the daughter of Marion E. and Pairlee Montgomery Thompson and a member of Thomas Lakeview Bible Church.

Survivors include her husband, Albert M. Whitfield of the home; one son, Keith Miles Whitfield, Fountain Valley, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Doris Lee Johnson and Mrs. Phyllis Greene, Westminster, Calif., and Mrs. Carolyn Sue Jennings, Fort Smith; three brothers, Marion Thompson, Westville, Okla., Kenneth Thompson, Houston, Tex., and Oscar Thompson of Oklahoma; five sisters, Mrs. Alice Keaton, Westville, Okla., Mrs. Beulah Hankins, Fayetteville, Mrs. Laverne Cook, West Fork, Mrs. Lucetta Peters, Toledo, Ohio, and Mrs. Luvena Wesley, Hollenville, Okla.; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Sisco Chapel.

Services for Mrs. Dorothy Whitfield will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Thomas Lakeview Bible Church. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery under the direction of Sisco.
