he home going service for R. L. "Duck" Jack, age 74, of Kansas City, Missouri, will be held Saturday February 2, 2013, at 12:00 PM at Greater Mt Olive Baptist Church in Bradley, Arkansas. Pastor George Harris and Minister Patsy Johnson will be officiating the service. His earthly body will be laid to rest in St. Mary Cemetery, while his soul is gone to glory. R. L. Jack "Duck" as he was playfully called was born March 25, 1938 in Bradley, Arkansas, to the parentage of the late Robert and Mattie Jack, Sr. He joined the Ollie Mae Baptist Church at a young age.

R. L. Jack departed this life on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at his home in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and two sisters.

R. L. leaves three sons: Billy Jack (Barbara) of Houston, Texas, Roy Lee Jack (Ametha) of Lewisville, Arkansas and Robert Lee Jack (Georgia) of Tucson, Arizona; three daughters: Beatrice Bryant and Rachael (Johnny) Johnson all of Kansas City Missouri and Vickie Bates Easley of Houston, Texas; four brothers: Robert L. Jack, Jr. of Texarkana, Arkansas, Toy Terry (Mary) Jack of Bradley, Arkansas, Isiah (Juanita) Jack of Kansas City, Missouri and Jimmy Ray (Marzell) Jack of Hope, Arkansas; three sisters: Earnestine H. Taylor of Bradley, Arkansas, Emma (Rev. Richard) Noble of Texarkana, Texas and Bobbie A. Jack Young of Kansas City, Missouri, 16 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday, February 1, 2013 from 5 until 6 PM in the Chapel of Brandon's Mortuary in Hope, AR.
