Dorothea Louise (Dot) Charton Dunlap, 79, of Cordova, TN passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at her home after a long illness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Charton and Lena Hainley Charton of Overcup Community, Arkansas; three brothers, Clarence, John "Bud", and Afton "Toke" Charton, and one sister, Ellen Little.

She is survived by her husband, Carroll Lloyd Dunlap, daughter, Melinda McNeely, and son-in-law Danny McNeely of Cordova, TN. Two grandchildren, Justin McNeely (Megan) of Oakland, TN and Jenna Nason (Jonathan) of Brandon, MS., and one great granddaughter, Lyla June McNeely of Oakland, TN; four sisters and three brothers. Wilma Burroughs of Overcup Community, AR, Pauline McCoy of Winfield, Kansas; Howard Charton of Searcy, AR; Christine Williams of Morrilton, Katheryne "Katty" (Lee) Elliott of Little Rock, AR; Jim (Sharon) Charton of Plumerville, AR; Tom (Martha) Charton of Morrilton, AR. and many nieces and nephews.

She was a loving homemaker, excellent seamstress and gardener. A charter member of Ma-Clair Home Demonstration Club in Memphis, TN; enjoyed square dancing and line dancing.

She attended Raleigh Assembly of God Church in Memphis, TN.

Funeral Services: 2PM, Friday, February 24th at Bob Neal & Sons Chapel, Morrilton, AR.

Internment: Mallet Town Cemetery.
