A guess on the last name because it is the cemetery name. No legible dates.
The 1850 and 1860 AR census records show a Stephen L and Lucinda Stafford St Francis and Carroll Counties. By 1870 Lucinda is widowed. Stephen was born 1817 in NC and died between 1860 and 1870. In 1870 Lucinda is listed in Jefferson, Boone AR.
