April 27, 1883 - June 17, 1965
Mrs. Louvnia Harris of Warren died Wednesday at the home of her daughters, Mrs. Etta Mae Gafford in Warren. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Elgie Palmore of El Dorado and Mrs. Gafford; five brothers, Thomas T. Harris of Los ANgeles, Calif., Mathews Harris of Oakland, Calif., Early Harris of Willowbrook, Calif., Boyd Harris of Las Vegas, Nev., and George Harris of Richmond, Calif.; 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Camden with Rev. W. L. Strickland of Warren officiating. (The El Dorado Times - June 19, 1965)
