Obituary:
Allen Charles Zintak, 81, of Chicago formerly of Mountain View entered into rest on February 7, 2012 in Momence, Illinois.
Allen was born July 22, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to Charles and Amelia (Glaza) Zintak. He retired as a mechanic from a local steel mill in Chicago.
He is survived by his wife of the home; son, five daughters, one sister, 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Amelia Zintak; brothers, Chester and Dennis Zintak; sisters, Loretta and Laverne and a step-son, Larry.
Visitation is 4 – 8 p.m., Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mtn. View.
Funeral service is 11 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2012 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mtn. View with Pastor Phil Sutton and Bro. Gary Don Fletcher officiating and interment in Flatwoods Cemetery, Mtn. View.
Pallbearers are Jasen Boer, Jacob Parker, Doug Parker, Tim Smith, Tim Gammill and Jessie Davis. Honorary pallbearer is Euel Beach.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home, Mtn. View is in charge of the arrangements.
