Loree "Moms" Hare Johnson, 84, El Dorado, Arkansas died on Sunday, May 08, 2011, at her home.

She was born February 8, 1927, in Pauls Valley, OK, to Charlie D. Hare and Helen Fowler Hare. She was a very active member of St. Mark United Methodist Church and her Sunday School Class. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing Bridge. For many years she was Secretary/Treasurer of Dixie Maintenance Service Inc. as well as volunteered at Warner Brown Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Calvin Hare, and an infant son, Raymond Lewis Johnson, Jr.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Raymond L. Johnson, her sons Robert Johnson (Sheila) of El Dorado and Richard Johnson (Tammy) of Little Rock; one sister Charlene Eaton of El Dorado; grandchildren Jenifer (Glen) Miller of Ft. Worth, Texas, Houston Hornibrook of El Dorado and Haven Hornibrook of Stuttgart, Chris (Meredith) Johnson, Katie (Garret) Sorensen, Shannon (Herbie) Walters all of North Little Rock and Spencer Johnson of Little Rock; and 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, at Young's.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mark United Methodist Church in El Dorado with Rev. Mike Proctor officiating. Burial will be at Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Life Touch Hospice, 2301 Champagnolle Road, El Dorado, AR 71730 or St. Mark United Methodist Church, 2010 West Hillsboro, El Dorado, Arkansas 71730, to the Charity of Donor's Choice.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks for the wonderful service and love provided by the staff of Hospice. We also want to express our deep appreciation for the excellent care given by Judy McLelland, Erma Miller, Cynthia Smith and Geraldine Parker.

The family will be at 706 Eastridge Drive, El Dorado, Arkansas.
