*Obituary - Marks Funeral Home
Without warning, death plucked a flower from our garden on April 28, 2013. A husband, a father, and grandfather was called from earth to heaven’s reward.

Talbot was born on August 25, 1956 in Emerson, Arkansas to the late Curtis Cooper and the late Mary Louise Rose Cooper.

He attended Emerson High School. Talbot worked for Brown and Roof Construction, also worked at Williamette/Weyhauser Industry for 32 years as a forklift operator. He loved working on firewood, cutting lawns, and bush hogging. He was also an avid concrete finisher. Talbot gave most of the young men in the community their first job.

He united in Holy matrimony to Linda Ward Cooper on June 10, 1983.

He joined Pine Hill CME Church at an early age.

He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Cooper and mother Mary Louise Rose Cooper and (1) brother: Curtis Cooper Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife Linda Ward Cooper of the home for 30 years; (2) sons: Ashford Cooper of Houston, TX and Jeffery Waller of Shreveport, LA; (1) grandson; (2) brothers: James and Robert Cooper both of Emerson, AR; (6) sisters: Vera Brisco, Nadine Wilson, Brenda Patton, and Shauntique Cooper all of Dallas, TX, and Gloria (David) Quinonez of Killeen, TX, and Debra (Gence) Hamilton of Nash, TX;
