Helen (Troxler) Fudge the wife of Cecil Fudge. Helen (Troxler) Fudge the daughter of Albert Nicodemus Troxler and Maude Elizabeth (Helm) Troxler.

Helen Troxler Fudge, 91, of Batesville died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, in a Batesville nursing home.

Born Sept. 24, 1912, in Sage, she was the daughter of Albert Nicodemus Troxler and Maude Elizabeth Helm Troxler. She was a nurse for 25 years and retired from Dr. Gray's Hospital. She was a member of the West Baptist Church for over 50 years.

Survivors include two sons, Bobby T. Fudge of Newark and Nickey C. Fudge of Bartlett, Tenn.; a daughter, Roberta Fudge McGuffey of Batesville; eight grandchildren, Adam Fudge, Shane Fudge, Caryn Jeffery, Alyssa Welch, Richard Fudge, Robert Fudge, Rebecca Fudge and Sara Street; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Vernon Troxler, Carroll Troxler and Roland Troxler; two sisters, Victoria Archer and Martha Hall; and an infant daughter.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Daily and Frank Shell officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery in Zion.

Pallbearers will be Richard Fudge, Robert Fudge, Adam Fudge, Shane Fudge, Jay Welch and Melton Jeffery.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 tonight.
