Doc the son of Thomas Mose Robertson and Edith (Beeler) Robertson. Merle the daughter of Waymon Luster Holder and Zanna Augusta (Clements) Holder.
Merle Deloris Robertson, 85, of Walnut Ridge, died Aug. 17, 2009, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
The daughter of Waymon and Zanna Clements Holder, she was a former employee of Lawrence Manufacturing and Lawrence Memorial Hospital and was a charter member of Oldham's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Black Rock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman "Doc" Robertson; three sisters, Julia Hall, Charlotte Boren and an infant sister; and an infant brother.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Lewis, Jonesboro; a son Keith Robertson, Walnut Ridge; three brothers, Durward Holder, Saffell, Cloyce Holder, Ripley, Tenn., and Billy Wayne Holder, Strawberry; five grandchildren, Dwayne Lewis, Dwight Lewis, Angie Bobo, Lori Carson and Krista Robertson; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral is Thursday at 10 a.m. at House-Gregg Funeral Home with Guinn Hodges officiating. Burial will be in Kelly Cemetery near Imboden.
Pallbearers will be Clifford Lenderman, Ray Robertson, Dennis Holder, Danny Holder, Clyde Boren Jr., and Chuck Hall.

Visitation is tonight from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
