Dwight Nash, 53, of Greenbrier, Arkansas, succumbed to a 7 year battle with cancer on Sunday, April 4, 2010, at Conway Regional Health System. He was born August 6, 1956, in Conway to Betty (Jones) Nash and the late Harley Travis Nash; he was also preceded in death by his brother, Dewayne Nash.
He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church at Republican; and was manager of Central Parking Systems of Washington in Seattle Washington, until he returned to Arkansas in 2004.
Dwight is survived by his mother, Betty (Jones) Nash; sisters, Dianne Nash, Reda (Nash) Green all of Greenbrier; Dona (Nash) Garrett of Holland and Debbie Nash of Morrilton.
Visitation will be 6 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at the funeral home. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Greenbrier with Bro. Jesse Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Republican Cemetery, with Dwayne Kennedy, Mark Goodman, Jerry Nash, Tilden Fulmer, Blaine Freeman, Danny Mallett serving as pallbearers; honorary pallbearers are Phil Tacker, Donna Plant and Trudy Holliman; under the direction of Roller-McNutt Greenbrier. 501-679-2575.
