Thomas Russell Seaman, 56, of 513 W. Olive in Rogers died Wednesday afternoon at the Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville.

He was born Aug. 8, 1916 in Rogers. He was the son of the late Thomas P. Seaman and Rosie Epps. Seaman was a World War II veteran and worked for many years as a mechanic in Rogers. He also was employed by General Motors in Kansas City.

Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Beulah Mae (Dc Gross) Seaman of Rogers; two daughters, Mrs. Sharon Froehlich of Pittsburg, Pa. and Mrs. Joyce McQuire of Rogers; and a sister, Mrs. Opal Dove of Dennison, Texas.

The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Burns Funeral Chapel in Rogers with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. Burns Funeral Home of Rogers is in charge of arrangements.

WAR EAGLE — Beulah Mae Seaman Delaney was born in 1923 in War Eagle, Ark., to Lester and Bertha DeGroff. She went to be with her Lord on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, at the age of 88. Beulah is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Froehlich and Joyce McGuire and her husband, Roger.

She is also survived by three sisters, Pearl Oxford of Chico, Calif., Wilma Crider of Tulsa, Okla., and Theda Amos of Rogers. She has five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She will be missed dearly. Beulah loved gardening, quilting, baking and spending time with her great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Her funeral will be held Monday, Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. at Rollins Funeral Home.
