ROGERS — Michael Christopher "Chris" Camp, 35, formerly of Rogers, died Jan. 5, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale.
He was born June 1, 1975, at Newport, Ark., to Virgil L. and Bonnie M. Jones Camp. He was an automobile mechanic, having worked for Rogers Automotive.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie M. Camp, of Springdale; two daughters, Michaela C. Camp and Kelsey C. Camp, both of Rogers; the mother of his children, Kristy Camp of Rogers; two sisters, Lisa Rogers and husband, John, of Farmington, and Sheila Carter and husband, Paul, of Gentry; two nieces, Lauren Rogers and Bryana Carter; one nephew, Andrew Carter; and longtime friend, Cliff Rabe.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with Pastor Kevin Surgener officiating. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery in Cave Springs.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
