Mrs. Lula Crank, 78, Cave Springs, died May 28, in Rogers Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 30, 1895, in Shacks Mills, Va., she the daughter of John A. and Vicy Ratliff Rakes, a member of the Baptist Church, and the widow of F.P. Crank.
Survivors include one brother, Stewart Rakes, Bentonville; and one sister, Mrs. Mary Yates, Centralia, Wash.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Burns Funeral Home of Bentonville.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Crank, 78, Cave Springs, who died May 28 in Rogers Memorial Hospital, will be held Friday at 2:30 in Burns Chapel, Bentonville, with the Rev. J. N. Farrish officiating. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery, near Cave Springs, under the direction of Burns.
The body will lie in state at Burns Funeral Home, Bentonville, today from 4 to 9 p.m.
