Edgar Leroy Pace, 64, Cave Springs, died Feb. 19 in the VA Hospital, Fayetteville. Born Feb. 16, 1911, at Lowell, he was the son of K. W. and Eva Owen Pace, a member of Cave Springs First Baptist Church and a farmer. He lived most of his life in Cave Springs, was a veteran of World War II and was awarded the Silver Star medal.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Marjorie Taylor Pace of the home; one son, Thomas Edgar Pace, Cave Springs; three brothers, Everett Pace; Renton, Wash., Donald Pace, Bentonville, and Leon Pace, Portland, Ore.; three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Fagala, Bentonville, Mrs. Ruby McPeak, Tujunga, Calif., and Mrs. Neva Wallace, Washington; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in Cave Springs Baptist Church, with the Rev. J. N. Farrish officiating. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery under the direction of Callison-McKinney of Bentonville.

BENTONVILLE — Marjorie A. (Taylor) Pace, 91, of Bentonville passed away Saturday, June 29, at Bradford House in Bentonville. She was born Aug. 22, 1921, in Pueblo, Colo., to Harvey and Ella (Savage) Taylor.

As a 1938 graduate of Cave Springs High School and a member of the First Baptist Church of Cave Springs, she retired from Bemco following 28 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Pace.

Survivors include her son, Thomas Pace, and his wife, Genevieve of Bentonville; two grandchildren. Melissa (John) Riddle of Little Rock and Edward (Alisa) Pace of Bentonville; five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, at First Baptist Church of Cave Springs with funeral to follow at 10. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville.
