Lois Blunt, age 95, of Gainesville, Florida formerly of Bradley, Arkansas died Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the Woodlands Care Center in Gainesville. She was born March 24, 1913 in Okolona, Arkansas. Mrs. Blunt was a retired hairdresser, 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star where she was active in Florida until her death, and a member of the Bradley Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyer Blunt of Bradley.
She is survived by: her daughter, Gloria Woods-Tobey of Gainesville; sister, Vesta Spiros of Sarasota, FL; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 21, 2008 at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Bradley.
