Larry Dale Avey
Larry Dale Avey of Newnata, AR passed away on July 14, 2015 in Mountain View, Arkansas. He was born June 19, 1952 to Dale and Evie Jean Long Avey in Batesville, Arkansas. Larry was the owner of Avey’s Garage.
Larry is survived by his sister, Lisa, and her husband, Presley Galloway, of Mountain View, Arkansas; two nephews, Casey Bryant Galloway and his wife Catie of Newnata, Arkansas, and Riley Galloway of Cotter, Arkansas.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Kelli Avey.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Roller Crouch Funeral Home with Brother Junior Avey and Brother Junior Barham officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:00 at the funeral home with burial following at Big Springs Cemetery in Newnata, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Stacy Avey, Frank Peachee, Roger Gosser, Danny Simmons, Rick VanEvera, and Bill Jason. Honorary pallbearers are Ronald Long, Dwain Crymes, Clyde Cavender, Glen VanEvera, and Randy Long. Services are under the direction of Roller Crouch Funeral Home.
