SPRINGDALE — Joseph Franklin "Joe" Hutter, 86, of Springdale, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at his home. He was born Aug. 7, 1928 in Mount Pulaksi, Ill., to Joseph and Lydia Maxheimer Hutter.

Joe was an accomplished horseman and trainer beginning at the age of 12 gaiting horses. He served in the Army during Korean War and then returned to his training occupation. He was devoted to his family and loved spending time with his grand and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed sports and listening the Cardinal baseball on the radio.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Mike Hutter and wife Lesia of Springdale, Melinda Yates and husband Dwayne of Pea Ridge; two sisters, both of Bellingham, Wash.; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Hutter, Kim Sieber and husband Jason, Casey Brandburg and wife Whitney, Kevin Yates, Kailey Hutter, Denver Yates, Carson Yates; and six great-grandchildren, Dayton Sieber, Dylan Sieber, Desirae Sieber, Braydon Hutter, Makayla Hutter and Madison Brandenburg.
