SPRINGDALE — Inez Bariola, 80, of Springdale passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. Inez was born Nov. 12, 1933, in Texarkana, Ark., to John Ellis and Sarah Pauline Fant Nix.

Inez retired from Glad Manufacturing. In her younger years, Inez was a waitress at Jake's Cafe, Fireside Inn and Midway Cafe. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown. She enjoyed sewing, fishing, cooking and traveling.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Bariola of the home; four sons, Randy Overton and wife, Mary, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Jerry Martin and wife, Heather, of Tontitown, Amos Martin of Nacogdoches, Texas, and Store Overton of Sonora; one daughter, Brenda Farmer and husband, Dale, of Glasgow, Ky.; one brother, James Nix of Lonoke, Ark.; two sisters, Dorothy Cutchall of Lewisville, Ark., and Joyce Jordan of McKinney, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown, with Father Greg Hart officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Tontitown.

Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. and rosary will begin at 7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
