LOWELL — The Rev. Darrel Walker Rogers, 75, of Lowell, Ark., passed from this life into his eternal life Monday, July 14, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark. He was born Feb. 10, 1939, in Kingston, Ark., the son of Glen and Lorena Walker Rogers.

He was a minister with the Assemblies of God, a homebuilder for most of his life and a master storyteller.

Darrel was preceded in death by his mother, Lorena Rogers.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Rogers of the home, to whom he had been married for 57 years; his father, Glen and wife, Virginia, of Springdale; sister, Kathy Tedder of Bella Vista; daughters, Diana Rogers and husband, Alan Buck, of Rogers, and The Rev. Jan Huneycutt Lightner and husband, Mitch, of Bella Vista; son, The Rev. Darren Rogers and wife, Debbie, of Springdale; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2014, at Trinity Fellowship A/G, 1100 E. Rolling Hills Drive, Fayetteville, Ark. Nursery care will be provided.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity fellowship for "The Darrel and Linda Rogers Kids Camp Scholarship Fund."

Arrangements are by Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.

LOWELL — Linda Carolyn Pugh Rogers, 73, of Lowell, Ark., passed from this life into her eternal life Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark. She was born Feb. 20, 1941, in Los Angeles, Calif., to T.J. and Rosa Ruth Pugh.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, a teacher by example, and kind and compassionate to all.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, the Rev. Darrel Rogers; her parents; and her sister, Tommie Horton.

Survivors include her daughters, Diana Rogers and husband, Alan Buck, of Rogers, and the Rev. Jan Huneycutt Lightner and husband, Mitch, of Bella Vista; son, the Rev. Darren Rogers and wife, Debbie, of Springdale; sisters, Shirley Smith of Yorba Linda, Calif., and Sandy Jiles of Dayton, Nev.; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, at Trinity Fellowship A/G, 1100 E. Rolling Hills Drive, Fayetteville, Ark. Nursery care will be provided.
