Charles F. Swaims, 50, of Johnson, Arkansas, died May 9, 2014 at his home. He was born December 27, 1963 at Batesville, Arkansas, the son of Marvin and Tommie Brown Swaims. He was a truck driver, a Christian and a former member of the National Guard.

Survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Sophia and Greg Campbell of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his father, Marvin Swaims of Springdale, Arkansas; his mother, Tommie Wade of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one brother, Thomas Swaims of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one sister, Lynn Wilson of Springdale, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Zackary Campbell, Victorya Campbell, Nevaehn Campbell, Mya Campbell and Nikita Campbell, all of Fayetteville, Arkansas and one nephew, William McDonald of Springdale, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, May 14, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Bill Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery in Springdale, Arkansas under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Eddie Jones, David Shelby, Dale Wade, Paul Barron, Robin Wade and Clifford Marbut. Honorary pallbearers will be: Greg Campbell and Randall Acuff.
