BENTONVILLE — Cheryl Trinh, 51, of Bentonville died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center. She was born Aug. 19, 1962, in South Hampton, N.Y., the daughter of Thomas Jacobs Sr. and Joan Wienclawski.
Cheryl loved being outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing. She especially enjoyed camping at Forum. She loved flowers and working in her garden. Cheryl also enjoyed knitting, sewing and doing other crafts. Her life love was her family and spending time with her grandbabies.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Patti Jacobs.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Rick Taylor, of Bentonville; one son, Tai Trinh of Pine Bluff; one daughter, Kimmy Peckham and her husband Preston Seay of Bella Vista; one brother, Tom Jacobs and his wife Pam of Springdale; four sisters, Denise Rusco and her husband John of Avoca, Sharon Hilton of Monterrey, Calif., Lori Hurst of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Diane Henson of Piedmont, Mo.; four grandchildren, Madei, Morgann, Eli, and Nona; and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, from 10 to 11 a.m. at New Hope Assembly of God in Rogers followed by a Memorial Service at 11 a.m.
A graveside service will be held at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale at 12:30 p.m.
