Evelyn Virginia Sutherlan Yingst Manning, 71, of Hindsville, Arkansas, died September 3, 2014 at Westwood Health and Rehab in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born October 27, 1942 at Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Verlin and Geraldine Bohannan Sutherlan. She had been employed by United Parcel Service and the Social Security Administration. She was of the Pentecostal faith and was preceded in death by her father and one stepson, Phillip Yingst.
Survivors include: her husband, Rodney Manning of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Marena and Brad Glur of Springdale, Arkansas; one stepdaughter, Helen Irvin; her mother, Geraldine Sutherlan of Springdale, Arkansas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Rebecca Sutherlan of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Tommy and Rita Sutherlan of Springdale, Arkansas; three grandchildren and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Saturday, September 6, 2014 at the House of Worship near Spring Valley with The Reverend Bill Williams officiating. Interment will be in Friendship Cemetery at Springdale under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Bill Sides, Butch Wheeler, Bill McCain, Rick Jones, Taylor Sutherlan and Travis Sutherlan. The family will receive friends from 5:30 P. M. to 7:30 P. M. on Friday at the funeral home.
