Conrad "Connie" Wilbert Hosel, 71, of Springdale, died Sunday, May 23, at a local hospital.
He was born March 26, 1922, at Seattle, Wash., to Max Hosel and Phoebe Pugh Hosel. A retired World War II Navy chef, he was employed at Waffle Hut in Springdale.
Survivors are three daughters, Cheryl Finley of Malvern, Jane Hoskins of Tulsa, Okla., and Christy Hosel of Springdale; a brother, Bill Hosel of Lynnwood, Wash.; two sisters, Helen Coleman of Glenoma, Wash., and Pauline Garner of Pensacola, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
Graveside service is set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bluff Cemetery with the Rev. James Huffman officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home, Springdale. Visitation is set for 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
