Duane Francis Yessak, 80, of Mountain View, died Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Duane was born December 6, 1933 in Owatonna, Minnesota to the late William and Gladys (Clark) Yessak. He is also preceded in death by siblings Donald Yessak, Kenneth Heath, and Elouise Julien.
Mr. Yessak retired from the US Postal Service in Memphis, Tennessee and served in the United States Army. He was an excellent photographer and was a member of Foothills Baptist Church and the American Legion.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Bonnie Jean (Smith) Yessak; daughters, Rebecca Lynn Doyle and husband Bruce of Singapore and Cynthia Diane Babb and husband Ken of Cordova, Tennessee; grandchildren, Clinton Pollan, Lauren Boden and husband Andrew, Joelle Medici and husband Dave, Emily Doyle, Elliott Doyle, and Jeffrey Doyle; siblings, Mary Jane Card, Carol Ann Erickson, Gerry Mae Kujala and husband Toivo, and James Yessak and wife Jan; along with many extended family and friends.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2014, 2:00PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Interment will take place at a later date.
Donations can be made to Foothills Baptist Church Building Fund or Arkansas Hospice.
