Mrs. Carl Jacks, 77, Mt. Holly, died Friday in a Magnolia hospital following a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband, Carl Jacks, Mt. Holly; a daughter, Mrs. Roy Edwards, Mt. Holly; a sister, Mrs. Marvin Rogers, Magnolia; a brother, Sam Clanton, Stephens, and one granddaughter. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Mt. Holly Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Johnny Hargett and the Rev. John G. Barton officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Holly Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home of Magnolia.
