1874 - April 14, 1922
Magnolia, April 15 - W. H. Hawkins died at his home near Mount Holly Friday morning, following a long illness. He is survived by several sisters and by one brother, J. E. Hawkins, of this city. The funeral was held Saturday, with burial in Mount Holly cemetery. He was a member of the mercantile firm of Lewis & Co. at Mount Holly. (Arkansas Democrat - April 16, 1922)
