Mrs. Trudie Faye Loe 97, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015 in Carrollton, Georgia. Trudie was born January 31, 1918 in Nevada County, Arkansas to George and Altha Cook Wake.
Mrs. Loe was retired from the Nevada County Hospital, where she worked as a cook.
Trudie was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Jewel Loe; one daughter, Ruthel English; two sisters, Hazel Auxier, Elise Smithpeters; five brothers, Clyde Wake, Claude Wake, Lee Wake, Leonard Wake and Jake Wake.
She is survived by two sisters, Jean Harris of Hope, Arkansas and Reba Waters of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Honey Darvis of Carrollton, Georgia; numerous nieces and nephews that loved her very much.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 10:00 am in Sweet Home Cemetery, Blevins, Arkansas with Jerry Evans officiating under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home.
