Jim F. Whittle, 67, Rt. 2, Lowell, died Dec. 16 in Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 22, 1909, at Lowell, he was the son of John Wesley and Jane McGarrah Whittle and the widower of Margaret Whittle. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church and a retired farmer.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Lola) Francis, Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Eugene (Mary Elizabeth) Tedder, Collinsville, Okla., and Mrs. Burl (Marie) White, Lowell; three brothers, Calvin Whittle, Rogers, Amos Whittle, Springdale, and Esaw Whittle, Republic, Mo.; four sisters, Mrs. Edward (Ruth) Vessell, Poplar, Calif., Mrs. Orvil (Dorothy) Main, Springdale, Mrs. Wayne (Vesta) Main, Lowell, and Mrs. Leon (Arlene) Skaggs, Denair, Calif., 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Sisco Chapel.

Funeral services for Jim F. Whittle, 67, Rt. 2, Lowell, were held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in Sisco Chapel with the Rev. Cecil Bilderback officiating. Burial was in Frisco Springs Cemetery under the direction of Sisco.

Pallbearers were Dual Ramsey, Carl Potter, Robert Anderson, Floyd Mains, Leslie Phipps and Willard Mains.

Mrs. Margaret Whittle Is Buried Wednesday

Springdale, Feb. 6 - Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Whittle, who died Tuesday night at a Rogers sanatorium, were hold Wednesday afternoon at Frisco Springs, Madison county. The service was conducted by Rev. Roy Murrell, pastor of the Assembly of God church, Springdale. Burial was in the Frisco Springs cemetery. Mrs. Whittle was born in Oklahoma. She is survived by her husband, Jim Whittle, and by three daughters, Lola, Elizabeth and Margerie; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Fisher of California; Mrs. Opal Jones of Indiana and Mrs. Iva McGarrah of Lowell; and by six brothers, Oliver and James Birge, Elm Springs; David Birge, Monte Ne; and Ernest, John L. and Robert Birge of California.
