Funeral services for Christine Pepper Johnson,80 of El Dorado, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday December 16, 2014 in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel , El Dorado with Rev. Ricky Donahue officiating. Interment will be in the Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery under the direction for Bailey Funeral Home, El Dorado.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 16, 2014, 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Mrs. Johnson was born was born May 15, 1934 in El Dorado and passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014, at the John Williamson Life Touch Hospice House after a lengthy illness. She had formerly attended the Bethel Methodist Church and was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and was loved dearly by all that knew her.
Survivors include 3 daughters; Janis Ho and husband Tuyen of Chicago, Donna Bishop and husband Tracy of El Dorado, Linda Donahue and husband Ricky of El Dorado, 2 sons; Danny Johnson and wife Stacy of El Dorado and Donald Johnson of El Dorado, 1 sister; Louise Perdue and husband C.B. of Rockwall, TX, 15 grandchildren , 5 great grandchildren and one on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Clarence Pepper and Lottie Smith Pepper, her husband; Leo Johnson and a sister Ruth Wells
