Dorothy Ida Pearson, 98, of Greenbrier, passed away Monday, June 15, 2009.
She was born August 10, 1910 in Greenbrier to the late George Roberts and Sally Graham Roberts. She was preceded in death her husband, Cletus A. Pearson; son, Larry Pearson; grandsons, Steven Pearson and Don Allen Pearson; daughter-in-law, Irene Pearson; two brothers; Emmett Roberts and Otis Roberts and sister Velma Wilcox.

Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the Springhill Baptist Church.
Dorothy enjoyed being with family and friends and the Greenbrier Senior Citizens.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry Pearson and wife Margaret of Conway, Rudy Pearson and special friend Janie Southerland of Greenbrier; daughter-in-law, Neva Pearson of Greenbrier; six grandchildren and nine great-grand children.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Springhill Baptist Church with Brother Ed Stephenson officiating. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Greenbrier, (501) 679-2575.

Pallbearers will be Richard Pearson, Mason Pearson, Jason Pearson, Rue Pearson, Brian Pearson, Radford Zellner and Billy Dan Zellner.

The family wishes to express a special “Thank You” to all the staff members at the Heritage Nursing Center for the excellent care provided for our loved one, Dorothy Pearson.
