Mrs. Eugenia Adelia Kemmer, 80, died at 12:30 a.m. today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. C. Putnam, 109 West First Street. Mrs. Kemmer was formerly from California, having been here about six months.

She was born July 6, 1864, near Huntsville, Ala., the daughter of John and Mary Bangle. She was the widow of John A. Kemmer, a Civil war veteran. She was a member of the Nazarine Church.

Besides her daughter with whom she made her home, she is survived by one son, Ira P. Hooper of Anderson, Ind., 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements, under the direction of Watson's Mortuary are incomplete.
