Billy Earl Vann, 73, of Greenbrier, went to his heavenly home, Tuesday, November 29, 2011. He was born on July 9, 1938 in Greenbrier, AR, to the late Sam and Wilma Watson Vann. He was a life long Christian and attended Greenbrier Church of the Nazarene. He was retired from Alltel with 34 years of service, he also served on the Greenbrier School Board for 11 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, cattle farming, golfing and growing hybrid tea roses.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margaret Lieblong Vann; his three daughters: Penny Rose (Tim) of Greenbrier, Milisa Moore (Jeff ) and Amy Wiedower (Kenny) both of Conway; six grandchildren:Rachel Rose of Little Rock, Emily and Maggie Rose of Greenbrier, Megan Moore of Conway and Jackson and Olivia Wiedower also of Conway; two great grandchildren; his brother Bruce Vann (Louise) of Greenbrier, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 2, at Greenbrier Church of the Nazarene with Bro. Steve Thrasher and Bro. Jim Sanders officiating. The private interment service will take place at Republican Cemetery with Jason Vann, Blake Lieblong, Brad Lieblong, John Lieblong, Scott Mallett and Kevin Mallett serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 1, at Greenbrier Church of the Nazarene.
