Grover Cleveland Blackwell, 76, of Appleton, a retired farmer, died Tuesday, June 1. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Homer Blackwell of Illinois and Hobert Blackwell of Appleton; two brothers, Will Blackwell of Belleville and I.F. Blackwell of Batesville; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Thatcher of Batesville; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funral services were at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Appleton Church of Christ. Burial was in Appleton Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service
