March 8, 1914 - April 25, 1968
Sam T. Foster, aged 54 lifelong resident of Stephens died Thursday afternoon in the Ouachita Hospital following a brief illness. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Katie Lou Dunn Foster and two brothers R. Smith Foster of Magnolia and Robert Cline Foster of Stephens. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Stephens Church of Christ with burial in Means Cemetery, near Hampton. The body will be taken to the family home in Stephens at 4 p.m. today. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (Camden News - April 26, 1968)
