The son of Thomas (Tom) Camel Whitlow and Barbara (Burtcher) Whitlow.
Tracy Allen Whitlow 40 of Benton, formerly of Saffell, Arkansas passed away April 18, 2013. He was born November 13, 1972 to Thomas and Barbara Whitlow in Little Rock, Arkansas. The family held a private ceremony and Tracy's inurned remains were interred at the feet of his father. A small cross was placed marking the site. Arrangements were provided by Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
BENTON — Tracy Allen Whitlow, 40, of Benton, formerly of Saffell, died Thursday, April
18, 2013, in a Benton hospital.
Born Nov. 13, 1972, he was the son of Thomas Whitlow and Barbara Burtcher.
Survivors include a brother, Jimmy Whitlow of Sulphur Rock; a sister, Tammy Dupree
of Pangburn; two daughters, Angel Whitlow and Scarlett Whitlow, both of Sulphur Rock;
his mother of Sulphur Rock; his stepfather, Edmond Burtcher of Sulphur Rock; his
stepmother, Patty Huskey of Saffell; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents, Joseph Pinkney
Whitlow, Dolly Whitlow Allen and Arvil and Ollie Watson.
A private memorial service will be held for the immediate family. Arrangements are by Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. www.dialanddudleyfuneralhome.com
