Johnie Orinne Fielder (Glover) Winter, 86, of Conway departed this life to be with Jesus on Monday, December 12, 2011. She was born August 16, 1925 to the late John W. and Daisy E. Clouette Fielder in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Known as Orinne for most of her life and Miss Johnie in her later years, she was a joy and an inspiration to all who knew her. Her early years were spent farming with her family and her first husband, Wendell Glover. She worked with Wendell in the family insulation business for many years and, after his retirement, worked at CHDC caring for those who needed and loved her. Still, she found time to raise her children and serve her church. She was of the Baptist faith. She loved to sing for Jesus, especially with her best friend Adell (Allen) Pratt. She enjoyed raising vegetables and was an expert at canning foods for the winter months.

She was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, her twin sister, Daisy Corine (Lovelis) Edwards, her oldest grandson, Kenneth Wade Holland, the father of her children and love of her life, Wendell Glover, and seven infant children.

She is survived by her loving children, Wanda Joyce (Glover) Holland and her husband Leon, and Eric Nelson Glover who were there to hold her hand as the angels escorted her Home. She leaves behind two grandchildren, Erica Renae Holland and Kevin Wendell Glover, four great-grandchildren, Kaden Vaughn, Korban and Kenna Wise and Kason Lipsmeyer, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Nursing Home Gift Fund, Project Angel Tree, or the church of your choice. The family would like to express our gratitude to the staff of the Heritage Living Center and Dr. David Naylor for the love and care they have given to our Mother.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2011 in the Chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, with Brother Ed Stephenson officiating. Burial will be at Copperas Springs Cemetery in Guy, Arkansas. Visitation will be Thursday, December 15, 2011, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, Arkansas.
