Mazelee Essinger, 70, of Hector, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at her home. The daughter of Arley and Dollie Jane Burch Jackson, she was born October 5, 1938 in Tyronza, Arkansas. She attended New Springs Full Gospel Church. Mazelee enjoyed making dream catchers and she loved fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Eugene Essinger; her parents; 2 sisters, Roberta Collins, Juanita Lamastis and a brother, Eugene Jackson.
Survivors include a daughter & son-in-law Deloris and Kenneth Smith of Hector; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Lee & husband Weston of Virginia, Jonathan & Miranda Smith both of Hector; 2 great grandchildren, Eleanore and Richard Lee; 2 brothers, Roy Jackson of Michigan, James Jackson of Hector; a brother-in-law, Jimmy Dale Essinger of Hector.
Graveside service will be at 2pm Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Crossroads Cemetery at Appleton. Rev. Don Erwin will officiate. Burial will be under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
