Glennie Trimble Kampbell, 76, of Pine Bluff, formerly of Guy, died Sunday (Aug. 24, 2003) at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

Born Oct. 14, 1926, in Conway, a daughter of the late Luther Gordon Trimble and Cenia Gross Trimble, she was a graduate of Guy-Perkins High School. She was a former first-grade teacher and a retired receptionist and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, the United Daughters of the Confederacy, the Pine Bluff Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.



She was also preceded in death by a brother, Dr. Grady Trimble; and an infant brother.

Survivors are her husband, Ted Kampbell Sr.; a daughter, Teri Hardy Bethge of Pine Bluff; a stepson, Ted Kampbell Jr. of Apple Valley, Minn.; two grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Wesley United Methodist Church in Pine Bluff with the Rev. Richard Pope officiating.

Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. at Copperas Springs Cemetery at Guy with the Rev. Dr. Cheryl Clark officiating.

Arrangements are by Fuller Funeral Services of Pine Bluff.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, 3010 South Hazel St., Pine Bluff, Ark., 71603, or the Building Fund at Grace Episcopal Church, 4101 South Hazel St., Pine Bluff, Ark., 71603.
