ROGERS — Cyrilda Menk, 84, died Oct. 10, 2005, at Innisfree Skilled Nursing Center. She was born July 21, 1921, in Paris, Ky., to Ed and Mary McCarty. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers. She was a 1938 graduate of Mason County High School in Maysville, Ky. She moved to Benton County in 1979 and lived at Beaver Lake (Runnymeade Hamlet). She later moved to Chateau Terrace. She was a member of the Encouragers, the Birthday Girls and Chateau Terrace Home Owner's Association. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burt Menk, in 1992.

Survivors include two daughters, Toni Menk of Liberty, Ky., and Judi and husband Dr. Charles Emerman of Pepper Pike, Ohio; six grandchildren; ore sister, Joan Gilbert of Ohio.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren Sarah Emerman, David Emerman, Matthew Irwin, Amy Emerman, Holly Irwin and Dan Emerman.

Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul chapel. Burial will be in St. Vincent Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at St Vincent de Paul Chapel with rosary to follow.

Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church Building Fund.

Arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Service, Rogers.
