ROGERS — Arturo Torres, 64, of Rogers died June 21, 2005, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Aug. 30, 1940, in LaMora Mpio de Tarandacuao, Mexico, to Gregorio Torres and Josefa Perea. He married Benita Sotelo in 1955, and they moved to the area in 1994. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers.
Survivors include his wife, Benita Sotelo of Rogers; six sons, Humberto Torres, Miguel Torres, Damian T. Torres, Ellias Torres, Antonio Torres, Arturo Torres; two daughters, Maribel Torres and Mana del Refugio; his father, three brothers, Sebastian Torres, Miguel Torres and Gregorio Torres; two sisters, Celia Torres, Luz Torres; 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Rogers. Rosary begins at 7 p.m.
Visitation at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers will be from 10 a.m. to noon Friday.
Services will be at noon Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Cstholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery.
