Doyle D. Patrick, 85, of Greenbrier, went to be with his Lord Monday, March 4, 2013. Born in Wilson, Oklahoma, he was a son to the late Asa Sanford and Iva Ann (Wilson) Patrick. Mr. Doyle was an Army Veteran of WWII and a retired Church of God minister.
Doyle was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Orville Christensen; a sister Wanda Clark and a brother, Lendell Patrick.
Those left to cherish his memory are, his wife of 64 years Charlene ( Wooton) Patrick; a brother Alva Joe Patrick and wife Eva Mae of Duncan, Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members and friends.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 8th at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier( 501-679-2575) with Bro. Bob Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Copperas Springs Cemetery in Guy, AR with Ronnie Wilson, Randy Wilson, Darrell Watts, Dale Lunsford, Wayne Lunsford and Leonard Spradlin serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are, Eddie Martin, Dennis Veasey, Wilburn Lindsey and Bobby McNew. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, March7, at the funeral home.
