Chloie Henderson, age 101, of Russellville, died Saturday, July 13, 2002, at Legacy Lodge Nursing Center.
She was born at Appleton on September 3, 1900 and was a daughter of the late Jim and Margaret Burks Freeman. She was the widow of the late W. L. Henderson, a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she was a member of the Women's Circle # 1 and the Quilters. Other than her husband, a brother, Manuel Freeman, a sister, Rhea Darter and a son-in-law, Troy Cole, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, LaVerne Cole and Margie and Troy Burris of Russellville; four grandchildren and their spouses, Ray and Linda Cole of Cordova, Tennessee, Vickie and Tim Hale, Robert and Karen Cole and Troylynn and Roy McSpadden, all of Russellville; seven great-grandchildren, Stephanie Barker of Flower Mound, Texas, Ben Cole and Sarah Struble of Cordova, Tennessee, Katie Delk of Oakland, Tennessee, Ed McSpadden and Robin Cole of Russellville and Renee Cole of Dallas, Texas; and two great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 9 A. M., Monday, July 15, at Crossroads Cemetery with Ellis Hottinger officiating. Burial will be by Shinn Funeral Service.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 P. M., Sunday evening at the funeral home.
